OPERATING MANAGER

Play a leading part in creating a great visitor experience

Could you lead our Operating Department as we take the next steps towards running passenger services to Robertsbridge?

You will always seek to achieve the highest standards in everything you do. You will inspire our team of around 200 employees and volunteers to deliver a blend of steam and diesel worked train services through the Kent and Sussex Countryside.

You will ideally have a good working knowledge of heritage railway operations and rail legislation.

You will be a great ‘people person’ who knows how to bring out the best in everyone. You will be prepared to work flexibly and you’ll be just as comfortable in the office as you are ‘getting your hands dirty’.

This role is full-time including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
