Removing a departure from showing online

To remove an individual train ("session") from further online availability, navigate to

Setup - Bookings - Session/Tours

 

 

Select the date you require and then highlight the departure you wish to remove/restrict

Untick the checkbox adjacent to 'Allow Session to appear on Internet' and save. This action will prevent the appearance of this departure online - you may also want to remove the return leg of the journey?

If you wish to prevent all further sales for this departure (including bookings through the back office or by Booking Clerks), you must also select 'Not Available' in 'Session Status', then 'Save'

 

Clicking on a different session will reveal that your previously selected session is now highlighted in salmon colour - a reminder that it is blocked from all sale. This is quite useful when building a lare number of train departures, but you want some to remain hidden in reserve initially.
