Wealden Explorer Product Lead - Volunteer Opportunity

Roll Purpose

Lead the development and implementation of the new product “Wealden Explorer”
Reports to the Commercial Manager

Job Tasks

• Fully develop the new product
• Arrange with marketing for publicity material to be produced
• Ensure product is available in retail system
• Recruit, brief and roster suitable volunteer guides
• Arrange with Bodiam Castle for a guide to be available
• Arrange for transport to / from the Castle
• Liaise with catering for delivery of on train elements
• Provide management information and feedback
