The Kent & East Sussex Railway, one of the South East’s leading tourist attractions, is a charitable organisation led by volunteers and supported by a small team of paid staff.
As an educational charity we preserve, restore, and operate a heritage railway across 10¼ miles of track between Tenterden, Kent and Bodiam on the Kent/Sussex border. We welcome thousands of visitors each year in our mission to 'preserve our railway as living history.. ..making memories that matter’.
