  • Ensure legislative requirements are met
  • Take a leading role in generating sales opportunities and maximising sales income
  • Establish and maintain the company communications matrix

  • Maintain a social media strategy to maximise and maintain public awareness of the K&ESR
  • Establish and maintain an effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Ensure all K&ESR offerings are readily available on the company web site and all other relevant digital platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a suite of regular reports including but not limited to visitor numbers, sales by product, forward bookings, and social media analytics.
  • Develop a team of enthusiastic volunteers to support special events
  • Lead the preparation of the Sales & Marketing Department budgets and maintain expenditure in accordance with agreed levels.
  • Ensure Sales & Marketing event equipment is properly maintained, stored and fit for purpose.
  • Proactively manage customer feedback to maintain reputation
  • Demonstrate consistently high standards, with a keen eye for visual merchandising

Candidates should be flexible and able to work shifts any day of the week. This position may require weekend and lone working.

Hours of work will be 37½ hours across up to 5 days per week.

Applicants for this position must have the right to work in the UK.
