Start Date: Immediate

Remuneration: Competitive Salary

The Kent & East Sussex Railway is one of the UK’s most loved heritage railways, located in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and attracting over 80,000 visitors each year. We’re now looking for a Marketing Manager to support the continued success and growth of the railway – as a highly enjoyable visitor attraction, an educational centre and a key part of the local tourism community.

You’ll be flexible and willing to work around the railway timetable and events – this includes being available during evenings and weekends to manage and coordinate events. Your working week will be adjusted to ensure you maintain a good work-life balance.

This role is suited to an enthusiastic all-rounder – you’ll want to deliver marketing that promotes the best customer experience. You’ll be adaptable, people-oriented, and passionate about the visitor and educational experience – an interest in heritage railways is an added bonus!

The position is based at Tenterden Town Station and will require travel to other locations. Access to private transport and a full, clean driving licence is essential.
