Following the announcement that Kent and Medway are being placed in COVID Tier 4, the K&ESR will cease public services until further notice.

Our overriding priority is always the safety of our customers and colleagues.

All customers due to visit us before March 2021 have been sent an email or contacted by telephone. If you have a K&ESR booking within this period, you can help us to help you by completing the form below.

Santa Special Booking choices form

You may choose to:

  • Transfer you booking to an equivalent date at Christmas 2021 (4th, 5th, 11th, 12th, 18th, 19th, 22nd, 23rd, 24th December 2021). You may make amendments to your existing booking (adding or removing people, adjusting the age of children, altering your chosen seating type etc) and as a thank you for your continued kind support, we’ll include a FREE Family Ticket for up to 4 people to travel on our summertime trains next year.
  • Transfer the full value of your booking to a K&ESR Gift Card, redeemable against a wide range of K&ESR experiences and valid for 3 years.
  • Receive a refund #
  • Donate part or all of the value of your booking in support of the charity that owns & operates the K&ESR

The K&ESR is a registered educational charity operated largely by volunteers – thank you for your kind support & understanding.

# Please note that refunds may only be made to the original payment method and will be processed in accordance with the published Terms & Conditions of the original booking. All Santa Special bookings contain a £10 non-refundable deposit as a contribution towards costs incurred by the K&ESR. Refund requests will be processed less this £10 per booking non-refundable deposit.
