For the K&ESR 2025 AGM, we are introducing Electronic Voting to allow more members to have a say on how their railway is run.
Vote Electronically
Electronic Voting will help ensure that more members can make their voice heard even if they are unable to participate in voting at the AGM.
To vote electronically, you will need access to the internet via a computer or mobile device – please use this link to access the form:
2025 Kent & East Sussex Railway AGM - Proxy Form
The form is in 2 parts. When you answer the final question in Part 1 (nominate the Chairman as your proxy choice), the form should automatically switch to Part 2. If not, you may need to hit Submit to proceed to Part 2 where you'll find all the voting boxes. Once complete, please click Submit.
Your vote will then be passed to the Membership Team for verification and to check eligibility.
All questions and votes on the form are mandatory with the exception of the election of Directors.
Electronic Voting closes at 1.30pm on Thursday 6th November as per the 48 hours prior to the AGM rule.
Vote by Post
If you wish to submit a proxy vote by post, please download the form and follow the instructions.
We saw a drop in postal votes and proxy forms last year – from around 100 to just a handful. Our hope is that Electronic Voting will make it easier for more people to participate.
Vote in Person
If you wish to participate and vote in person, you are welcome to attend the 54th Annual General Meeting of the Company at St Mildred’s Church, Church Road, Tenterden, Kent, on Saturday 8th November 2025 at 1.30pm.
Eligibility to Vote
Only registered full members are eligible and entries will be verified by the Membership Secretaries.
